Bila sebut pasal ilmu fiqah, pasti ada khilaf. Yang begitu dengan begitunya, yang begini bukan main dengan begininya. Tapi ijmak antara ulamapun sangat sikit. Buku ijmak ulama itu tebalnya tak sampai 10 sentimeter.
