Getting rid of laziness

Haii Assalamualaikum,

Laziness has been the hot topic in nadhirahsalleh.blogspot.com . Hemm? Why am I so lazy nowadays? This week is the first week of mid-year exam which I supposed to be studying or revising. However, I learned some tips from my senior. He's not from SMKBB, he is my senior in Kelab Remaja Al Fateh. Hehehe, yeah meyh. Last Saturday, I went to Masjid An Nur as we the members of Kelab Remaja Al Fateh had some activities going on. We had bbq before Maghrib, it was fun! Instead of studying, I decided to spend my time watching TV and playing Smurf Village.

My senior told me that, he believes 10% of the success is effort while the other 90% is dua. Actually, I believe in that long time ago. This is why people can barely see me studying. (bajetje, memang pemalaspun) It is not that I'm telling you to not study, but to pray more. Everything is in Allah's power. I can never say never. & yeah, if I turns out failed for this exam, it is my fault and I believe Allah has something better to give. Anyway, get back to my senior's story. He is a Hafiz, he finished memorizing 30 juzuk of the Quran when he was in form 3. He went to Al Azhar Mesir at the age of 16, taking Takhasus Al Quran wal Qiraat made him spent 9 years of his life in Egypt. After finishing his degree, he came back to Malaysia in 2003 and sit for SPM in 2004. Yes, his story is very unique and interesting. I love the part when we asked him what is his biggest failure, he said, he didn't really face problems with study but there were many obstacles. Of course he is a genius, he took SPM when he was 24 year-old and he got straight A's eventhough he only studied all the subjects in 1 year. He never went to Sekolah menengah, he only went to sekolah pondok. Hafaz Quranla katakan... Waa, he's really inspiring.

His advice is to preserve our realtionship with Allah and with the humanbeings. So guys, I'm taking this opportunity to apologize if I've done anything wrong with or without your knowledge. Please, please, please forgive me! =((( & fyi, I forgive everyone.. Hopefully Allah will forgive me.

O Allah, please make me the successful mukmin. Khusyuk during my prayer, leave the lagha, keep my promises, be responsibility, and so on. Please ya Allah, I know I'm a bit naughty but I hope you won't turn away from me. & please don't make me turn away from you. Amin ya rabbal 'alamin.
